Falling In Love With Javea

Me and my wife had already been on a number of trips to the country of Spain, and that we really love the country, but we typically go to Andalusia. This year we fancied having an alternative and decided to book a holiday villa in Javea.

We are both so very happy simply because it showed that the area is a suitable place to stay. On the south east coast of Spain lies Xàbia or Javea (as it's often spelt) in the province of Alicante around Valencia. Javea is yet a lot more diverse place than you could ever imagine and without doubt, a well known vacationer getaway with plenty of places of interest. We understood that the majority of the respectable Spanish families have been staying in Javea, in their Spain holiday homes and we both finally feel absolutely more Spanish in this spot. So Spanish culture is very hospitable and wants to make certain that visitor feels cozy among them. The natives have really kept in tune with their past a little more than other parts of the country. That is why you will certainly feel at home as it provides that real sensation of experience and comfort to the holidaymakers and travellers.

Javea is known to have the best climate in the world. It's not quiet as hot as the southern tip of Spain being further up from the equator but the weather conditions are still incredibly hot. Here's the latest Javea weather forecast

Having an engineering of Mediterranean style and narrow cobbled streets bordered on both sides by old white-washed buildings, The area itself is just what exactly you'd expect to see. Additionally you can stroll around and be ecstatic of how perfectly beaches are as Javea offers you its 25 Km of beaches, a varied coastline of beaches and coves. Basically, the entire stretch of coast sure to impress you. You can roam around on foot or you can rent a bike. Anything that you would probably do to explore the town and to enjoy it's wonders, do it to your hearts content but we would suggest this place that is specifically worth seeing when you visit which is the Montgó Natural Park. Me and my wife are usually around the go for an adventure and are normally as much as creating precious and memorable moments while we're still young and when we never have kids but to worry about so under no circumstances did we miss the chance to walk up to the Montgó Mountain on our second day on foot! It is actually a real challenge as well as gentle walk to the summit, and it really is well worth performing so, at the top of the summit you can find some amazing views to behold. You will see both Denia and Javea from the summit. It's wise to carry lots of water and several lunch though as there's no eating places or food shops nearby and it takes a while to summit.

The "old town" part of Javea is also an incredibly good place you don't want to miss on your visit. It still has an old wall that was built to maintain out pirates, and there is a magnificent 14th century church to take a look around. In addition there are some great views of the complete enclave from the cliffs located each side of the town if you want to venture up them. They are an excellent destination to sit and enjoy a packed lunch.

Almost all of our week was spent in the encompassing countryside cycling or walking, visiting various shops in the town, scuba diving on the beach, lounging around in bars and on the sand and eating at Sofia's Restaurant (a wonderful little place on the Bay of Javea road). These are the good reasons why we're here.

We really liked our holiday so much that we have made a decision to move permanently and transfer there within the year or so, and the second part of our holiday was spent actually looking for a villa for sale in Javea. We still need to make an informed decision which villa would be the new home for us and there's quite a few of ideal villas for sale to choose from.

The town is relatively wealthy, as it's a very desirable location so there are villas that can reach a sale price in the several millions of Euros. We are not quite that well-off and had budget of around 300,000 Euros to spend (including selling our current home) but for that money what you can buy is outstanding. A an outstanding and a deluxe villa with a great mix of both classic Spanish architecture and contemporary is what we are attracted to a lavish. A fairly large private garden and swimming pool is included.

There's other villa which we are also thinking about. though it's not big but it's situated near to the canal and similarly priced. A lovely Javea villa with 2 beds offering breathtaking panoramic views of the enclave from spacious balcony situated in the Castellans area of Javea is however what we found which is exceptionally only half the price of the other two. And we can rather keep the other fifty percent and lease our existing place for for additional income. The thing is that it doesn't have swimming pool but we predict the balcony more than makes up for it.

The excitement of moving out here and having a new lifestyle is exceedingly unbearable we've fallen deeply and appreciate Javea, together with the shorelines, the countryside, the folks and the wonderful luxury villa rentals. All we have to do now is make a good investment upon which home we want (and can afford) and we'll be starting our new lives in quite possibly the most brilliant places on Earth.
